A wellness spa, gym and movement-therapy business will soon fill the former All Things Right & Relevant building at 2801 Spafford St. in Davis.
Miles Gorder, the owner of Milestones Movement Therapy in Davis, recently signed the lease for the entire 9,712-square-foot space. But his plans go much further than the functional training services of Milestones. The concept calls for a spa, gym, and expanded services for Milestones.

“We plan to transform this space into a state-of-the-art urban wellness retreat” called Tulē, he said, (an homage to the area’s tule fog). “Our vision is to create a space that harbors wellness and community, and encourages the practice and exploration of self-care.”
He said the spa will feature a “self-paced communal spa experience” including massage, hot soaking pools, sauna, steam room and cold plunge. There are tentative plans for saltwater sensory-deprivation tanks too. “We will also incorporate private spa services such as massages and float tanks that can be added to the main spa experience. We intend to encourage people to come to stay a while, bring a friend or family member, and relax and refresh.”
